Quorum - Lower Silesia's largest mixed-use project
The Quorum complex is being built right on the Oder River at Sikorskiego Street – just a 15-minute walk from the Market Square. The complex will offer over 100,000 sqm of multifunctional space for work, living and leisure. A vestige of the site’s history will remain in the more than 100-year-old red brick building, integrated into the massing of the first completed building – the Quorum D office building, delivered in October 2022.
