For the first time, the concept of redevelopment of the Bielsko-Biała city center developed by Cavatina Holding became famous in March 2019. Then, at the prestigious MIPIM real estate fair in Cannes, the architects of the Cavatina Group in cooperation with the Department of Urban Planning and Spatial Planning of the Faculty of Architecture of the Silesian University of Technology presented the conceptual design for the redevelopment of the historic center of Bielsko-Biała.
