The most outstanding properties completed in the past year, individuals and companies that have played a key role in the development of the sector and cutting-edge real estate technologies were honoured at the 12th edition of the Prime Property Prize and the 6th PropTech Festival. The statuettes of Oskar Zięta’s project went to the winners announced during a gala ceremony held on 18 September and accompanying the Property Forum 2023 conference. We are pleased to announce that our investment – Ocean Office Park B – won the main prize in the category of Office Space Market Investment of the Year 2023.
