According to the report „Office Occupier: Office Market in Wrocław” by the consulting firm Cresa, the total transaction volume for the first half of 2021 reached 45,900 sq m. One of the largest lease transactions is a new deal in Carbon Tower by Idea Getin Leasing S.A. for 4,500 sq.m.
