The first half of this year saw further implementation of the Group’s strategy, the strengthening of our position in regional markets and the signing of further leases in our investments. At the end of August, we concluded, among others, a contract with the first tenant in our new investment in Katowice – Grundmanna Office Park A. This year, we have completed projects delivering nearly 40 thousand sq m to the market.
