Concert and performance hall, was established in 2021 on the initiative of the Group, with the Fiducia Foundation as the tenant and operator. It is a world-class commercial concert and performance hall in the centre of Bielsko-Biała, designed by top acoustic specialists. The building includes a recording studio and a concert hall for 1,000 people, which will also be able to host conferences, congresses and meetings. The concert hall has the most advanced immersive sound system in this part of Europe, which no other concert hall in Poland has, and this is expected to contribute to the commercial success of the project. It should be noted that the Cavatina Concert Hall meets the needs of people with disabilities. The hall in Bielsko-Biała is the first of its kind in Poland to be fully adapted to the needs of the blind and visually impaired. The concert hall, foyer, lifts, toilets, seats and corridors are equipped with track guides, convex seat markings and other devices that enable people with these disabilities to navigate efficiently without the need for guides.
The Cavatina Hall is the first hall to be so well adapted to the needs of blind people and will certainly be their first choice when it comes to attending concerts. Blind and visually impaired people represent a significant number of concert goers, and the lack of adaptation of concert halls to their needs has been one of the main barriers to their participation in cultural life.
